Hey, I completely wrecked my neck last week. I was about to get in the shower and I had my whole day planned out and right as I was about to get in my phone vibrated and I looked over my left shoulder so I could see my phone on the counter behind me and BAAM. I royally destroyed my neck for like, at least 3 or 4 days.
